Experience
Amee has held leadership roles at West Pharmaceutical Services, The Hershey Company, and IBM as well as at boutique consulting firms including Wildenmann Consulting and Liberty Business Strategies. She understands firsthand the challenges of leading through change, aligning competing priorities, and building processes and ways of working that empower teams to deliver meaningful outcomes in a matrix environment.

At West Pharmaceutical Services, Amee led a global talent management function implementing talent strategies across 25 sites to scale business operations and partnered with the executive team to build leadership and organizational capabilities to meet customer demand during a period of hypergrowth.
At the Hershey Company, she led change management initiatives and leadership programming to align the organization and build the capabilities needed for Hershey’s transformation from a US confectionery giant to a global, innovative snacking powerhouse. She worked with the CEO and her executive team to build a robust leadership bench; coached successors to the C-suite; and led organizational assessments which resulted in improvements in global product launch capabilities, healthier regional P&Ls, and stronger customer service.
While at IBM, she supported the top 300-leaders and their teams as an organization and leadership consultant and talent management partner. She facilitated leadership development programs and change initiatives; led the design and launch of General Manager assessment centers in the US and Asia; and facilitated talent reviews and succession planning.
As a consultant, she’s worked with dozens of organizations from Fortune-500 companies to regional founder-led firms to national nonprofits, and has considerable experience working across cultures having lived and worked outside of the US. She has coached executives and their teams to lead through change brought about by M&A, business model transformation, and leadership transitions.
Examples of recent projects include: creating a culture code and communications strategy to accelerate the integration of two pharmaceutical firms; coaching a new leader and executive team to build cultural fluency and overcome post-merger performance challenges in a global CPG company; designing and facilitating a strategic alignment offsite for a national nonprofit; and coaching the new CEO of an insurance company and his team to raise leadership standards across the organization and transform the culture to one of empowerment and inclusivity.
Education & Certifications
Amee earned an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a bachelor's degree from Bucknell University. She is an ACC-accredited coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF); certified in the Hogan Personality Inventory, The Leadership Architect Suite, Hay Group Leadership Styles and Climate, MBTI, DiSC, Polarity Thinking, the MAP, and the Business Acumen Gauge; and an alumna of the Talent Management Institute at UNC.
She speaks English and German and lives in the greater New York City area with her husband, son, and twin girls.
